- 750 g potatoes
- 1 tbsp oil
- Spice(s) to taste

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
in the Philips Airfryer
Peel and dice the potatoes, then soak them in water for about 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Toss the potatoes in the oil until lightly coated. Place the potato cubes in the air fryer basket and cook at 180°C for about 25-30 minutes. The cooking time may vary depending on the thickness of the cubes. Rotate the basket occasionally to ensure the potatoes cook evenly. After the cooking time is over, season the potatoes to your liking. We served them with meatloaf and fried egg.
