- 3 eggs
- 100 g cottage cheese
- ½ tsp baking powder
- some salt

can be used both sweet and savory, for about 6 “rolls”
Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a little salt in a grease-free bowl until stiff peaks form. Mix the egg yolks and cottage cheese with the baking powder. Now fold in the stiffly beaten egg whites until fluffy. Using a teaspoon, form 6 cookies on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, flatten slightly, and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 20 minutes until golden brown. Once cooled, top with smoked salmon, avocado, and sesame seeds, or for a sweeter version, with honey or jam. If you make 6 rolls, each roll has 50 kcal.
