Simple potato soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 kg potatoes
  • 1 bunch of soup vegetables
  • 1 liter of broth
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 cooked sausages
  • 2 sausages
  • 100 g sweet cream
  • nutmeg

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Trim the soup vegetables and also cut them into small pieces. Place everything in a pot with the broth and simmer for about 30 minutes. Five minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the chopped sausages and the cream. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and nutmeg.
