Ingredients for 5 servings:
- 700 g minced meat
- 2 bell peppers, red
- 2 bell peppers, yellow
- 4 tbsp oil
- 1 can of tomatoes, seasoned
- 2 cups rice
- 4 cups broth
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Sauté the minced meat, cut the peppers into half strips, and sauté in oil. Add the tomatoes, wash and add the rice, and pour in the broth. Cook for 15 minutes.
