Simple vanilla semolina pudding

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1,400 ml milk
  • 2 packets of vanilla pudding powder
  • 140 g soft wheat semolina
  • 120 g sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Mix the vanilla pudding powder with a few tablespoons of cold milk. Heat the remaining milk. Just before the milk boils, stir in the semolina and sugar, then stir in the vanilla pudding powder. Bring to a boil briefly, then simmer over low heat until the semolina thickens. Remove from the heat and let cool.
