Ingredients for 1 servings:
- ½ small salad
- 4 small radishes
- 1 large tomato(s)
- 0.2 cucumber(s)
- 1 small carrot(s)
- 150 ml natural yogurt
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder
- possibly honey
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chop the lettuce, quarter the radishes, dice the tomato, dice the cucumber, and finely chop the carrot. Mix the natural yogurt with pepper, salt, and paprika and add to the vegetables. Mix everything together. At lunch, I add a little honey. For example, I don’t do it in the evening.
