Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 m.-sized zucchini, sliced or quartered
- 1 small onion(s), roughly chopped
- ½ pack of feta cheese, diced
- some oil
- 50 ml water
- salt and pepper
- herbs, Mediterranean

as a main course or side dish to pan-fried dishes
In a pan, fry the chopped onions in a little oil until translucent. Add the zucchini slices and fry briefly. Deglaze with water and sauté until softened. It’s best to use less water at first and add more water as needed. When the zucchini are soft, there should be no more water in the pan. Add the feta and heat briefly. Season with salt, pepper, and herbs. You can also use garlic instead of the onion. It also tastes good if you add two beaten eggs to the feta and let it set.
