Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 500 g spinach, fresh or frozen
- 250 g feta cheese
- 250 g tomatoes
- some vegetable broth
- possibly salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
lightning fast, vegetarian, light
Wash the spinach and heat it in a pan with a little vegetable stock. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and feta cheese. Drain the cooked spinach well and toss with the feta cheese and fresh tomatoes. Add a little more salt, if desired.
