Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 slices of crispbread or pumpernickel
- 4 half pears, from the can
- 100 g crème fraîche, or sour cream
- 20 g yogurt or quark
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 80g Nutella
- some jam
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Quick dessert and not just for kids
Drain the pears in a sieve and cut them lengthwise into thin slices. Mix the crème fraîche or sour cream with the yogurt or quark and lemon juice. Spread Nutella on the bread slices, spread the cream over them, and finally place the pear slices on top. Garnish with a dollop of jam, if desired.
