Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g quark
  • 60 g sugar (lavender or cinnamon sugar is also fine)
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • 150 ml milk
  • 200 g cream
  • n. B. Seasonal fruits

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

A delight with or without fruit

Whip the cream with a sachet of vanilla sugar until stiff peaks form. Mix the quark with the remaining ingredients, except for the fruit, and then fold in the cream. Serve in bowls with the fruit.
