Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g carrot(s), net
  • 150 g natural yogurt, 3.5%
  • 100 ml homemade vegetable broth
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar
  • 10 g parsley, fresh
  • Salt
  • Pepper, colorful, from the mill
  • Chili flakes, a touch of it, if you like that

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Carrots in yogurt

Heat the broth in a saucepan. Quarter the carrots, slice them thinly, and add them to the broth with a pinch of sugar. Bring to a boil, reduce heat to low, and simmer with the lid on for about 20 minutes (until tender). Finely chop the parsley. Once the carrots are tender, remove the pan from the heat, season, and taste. Carefully stir in the yogurt and parsley, and serve.
