Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g pasta, colorful, from the previous day
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp mixed herbs (frozen)
- 50 g smoked cheese
- 1 shot of mineral water
- Salt and pepper from the mill
- e.g. fat for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Herb scrambled eggs, pasta and cheese pan
Crack the eggs into a bowl. Add the herbs, mineral water, the finely chopped cheese, and the spices, and mix well. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat, add the egg mixture, and let it set slightly. Then stir in the pasta and season to taste. Turn off the heat and let it simmer, covered, for about 10 minutes.
