Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 slice(s) bread(s) (seed)
- 1 ball(s) of mozzarella
- 1 large tomato(s)
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 1 thin spring onion(s)
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- 1 tsp, sautéed mustard, (dill)
- 1 slice(s) cheese, variety of your choice
- 1 tsp, leveled herbs, mixed, frozen
- Sea salt, from the mill
- Pepper, colorful, from the mill
- chili flakes
- Fat, for the pan
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Pan bread with peppers
Brown the bread lightly on both sides in a pan (only gently heated) with a little fat. Spread the mustard on the slice of bread with a spoon. Sprinkle half of the spring onion, cut into rolls, over the bread. Arrange the sliced mozzarella on the bread, top with pepper and chili. Place the sliced tomato on the mozzarella and season with salt. Sprinkle the frozen herbs and the very finely sliced garlic clove over the bread. Halve the slice of cheese and place it on top of the tomato slices. Cut the second half of the spring onion into fine rolls and sprinkle over the cheese. Cover and wait until the cheese has melted – all at low heat so the bread doesn’t burn. Cut the bell pepper into strips and place them on the plate with the finished pan bread.
