Vegetable pan on herb curd

Heat the vegetable stock in a large pan. Add the striped or diced vegetables one at a time. Reduce the heat to low, cover the pan, and sauté the vegetables for 10-15 minutes, then season to taste. Briefly(!) heat the herb quark in a small pan or saucepan and stir. Pour the quark onto a plate, top with the vegetables, and enjoy. Yes, I know, warm quark isn’t everyone’s cup of tea, but you can also eat it cold.
