Sisserl’s Broken Chocolate
The perfect sisserl’s broken chocolate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Whole milk chocolate
- 25 g Palmin
- 50 g Cream
- 50 g Brittle
- 50 g Chocolate shavings
- 50 g (Selbst gemachte aus weißer Crispscho…und sonstiger Schokolade… geraspelt)
- Melt the chocolate, add Palmin and melt too. Add the cream and pour into a baking dish lined with baking paper. Sprinkle on the crumble, brittle and chocolate flakes of your choice and place in the refrigerator for about 4 – 5 hours until it has set nicely. Remove from the mold and break into pieces. It also looks good with two-tone chocolate shavings.
