Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 rolls, halved
- 1 tbsp oil (olive oil)
- 250 g minced meat
- 1 m.-sized onion(s)
- 2 eggs
- Salt
- pepper
- 1 bunch of chives
- 1 large cucumber(s) (pickle)
- 4 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 1 tsp mustard, medium hot
- 100 g cheese (grated Gouda)
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs and dice them. Slice the pickle. Halve the bread rolls. Dice the onion and sauté in oil. Add the ground beef and fry. Add the remaining ingredients and season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture on the bread rolls and sprinkle with Gouda cheese. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15-20 minutes.
