Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g butter
  • 200 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 200 g Skyr
  • 1 tsp cream of tartar baking powder
  • 50 g cane sugar, brown or coconut blossom sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 57 minutes

Knead all ingredients except the sugar into a dough. Chill slightly. Then roll out and cut out large hearts or circles. Line baking sheets with baking paper or nonstick baking foil and arrange the cookies on them. Sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 160°C (top/bottom heat) for about 12 minutes.
