Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of soup vegetables
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 can of tomato paste
- 1 large can of tomatoes, peeled
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- Mustard seeds
- basil
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp meat broth (powder) or 1/4 cube

Clean the soup vegetables (carrots, celery, leeks) and cut them into small pieces. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the vegetables, stirring constantly, until fragrant. Stir in the tomato paste, then add the minced meat and fry well. Season with salt, pepper, paprika, and mustard seeds. Chop the peeled tomatoes in the can slightly and add them. Add the meat broth. Simmer the sauce gently for 2-3 hours, stirring occasionally. Season to taste shortly before the end and sprinkle in some more basil.
