  • 150 ml Meat broth (cubes)
  • 2 tsp Sauce binder light
  • 2 tbsp Water
  1. Peel the kohlrabi and cut into 5 cm cubes. Sauté in a saucepan with 1 tablespoon of oil and add about 2 tablespoons of water, season with salt and cover with a low heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, clean the chanterelles, cut the onion into strips. Roughly chop the majora. Cut the meat crosswise into strips.

Deglaze with white wine and reduce almost completely. Pour in the stock and heat. Thicken with a sauce thickener. Mix in the meat and kohlrabi and heat. Stir in the creme fraiche.
  4. Season the strips with salt and pepper. Serve sprinkled with marjoram. Rösti corners go very well with this.
