Cod in Mustard Sauce

  • 400 g Cod fillet
  • 1 Lemon
  • Flour, butter, milk, mustard, salt, pepper, nutmeg, parsley, paprika spices
  1. Wash the cod fillet, pat dry, season with salt and pepper and sprinkle with lemon juice.
  2. Prepare a roux in a saucepan of butter and flour and make a sauce by adding the milk. I have left out the quantities because you can vary them depending on how much sauce you want 😉
