Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 100 g bacon, diced
- 400 g chicken breast
- 3 m.-sized carrot(s)
- 2 m.-sized onion(s)
- 1 cheese (Boursin with pepper)
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 2 dl broth
- 1 dl white wine
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Brown the chicken breast with bacon cubes and set aside. Sauté the chopped onions and sliced carrots, then deglaze with white wine. Add the stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. (The carrots shouldn’t be too soft.) Return the chicken breast to the pan, stir in the Boursin and mustard, and heat through. I serve it with thin noodles or rice.
