Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g bacon, diced
  • 400 g chicken breast
  • 3 m.-sized carrot(s)
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 cheese (Boursin with pepper)
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 2 dl broth
  • 1 dl white wine

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Brown the chicken breast with bacon cubes and set aside. Sauté the chopped onions and sliced ​​carrots, then deglaze with white wine. Add the stock and simmer for about 5 minutes. (The carrots shouldn’t be too soft.) Return the chicken breast to the pan, stir in the Boursin and mustard, and heat through. I serve it with thin noodles or rice.
