Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 pork schnitzels
- Salt and pepper, black
- 5 tomatoes
- 250 g mushrooms
- 200 g ham, cooked
- 200 g cream
- ½ tsp oregano
- ½ tsp thyme
- ½ tsp basil
- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
- 40 g butter
- 70 g cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Rub the schnitzel with salt and pepper, then cut into thin strips. Peel and slice the tomatoes, halve the mushrooms. Dice the ham. Layer half of the ham cubes, the schnitzel strips, tomatoes, mushrooms, and the remaining ham in the earthenware pot. Mix the cream with salt, pepper, oregano, thyme, basil, and tomato ketchup and pour over the meat. Top with butter flakes. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Cook in a covered pot at 250 degrees Celsius for 90 minutes. Serve with rice and a green salad.
