Pork, beef, chicken and raclette cheese
Cut the meat into strips about 2 cm wide. Heat a pan with a little butter. Brown the meat well and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Don’t add too much salt; the cheese will come later. Dice the onion and bell pepper, not too big, not too small. Halve the cherry tomatoes. Add the onion to the pan with the meat. Brown everything well. Reduce the heat slightly so the meat doesn’t dry out. Now add the bell pepper and mix well with the meat. Add the curry powder, chili powder, a little more paprika, cherry tomatoes, and the garlic. Cut the cheese into thin slices and let it melt slowly on the meat. In the meantime, finely chop the parsley and chives. Sprinkle the herbs over the meat and stir everything well again.
