- 3 Turkey schnitzel
- 200 g Cream
- 2 Bananas
- 100 g Cashews
- 250 ml Chicken broth
- Curry
- Chilli flakes
- Chop the meat, season with grill spices, fry well and remove from the pan.
- Add the cashew nuts and chopped banana to the frying stock and roast, deglaze with the chicken stock, add the cream and season with curry. Possibly thicken with a little sauce thickener.
- Add the seared meat and simmer gently for about 5 minutes. Good Appetite.
