Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g turkey meat, shredded
- 1 onion(s), diced
- 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
- 300 g sliced mushrooms
- 170 ml coconut milk
- 150 ml chicken broth
- 1 salt and pepper
- 1 chili pepper(s), finely chopped
- 1 mango(s), the flesh cut into small pieces
- 1 tsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Season the meat with salt and pepper and fry briefly in oil, then remove from the pan. Sauté the mushrooms in the pan, add the onion and garlic, and let everything brown slightly. Deglaze with the broth. Add chili, if desired. Add the coconut milk, meat, and mango, simmer briefly, and season with salt and pepper before serving.
