Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 kg turkey meat, shredded
  • 1 pack of herbs, frozen
  • 1 can peas, 400 g
  • 1 can of mushrooms, 400 g
  • 400 g herb cream cheese
  • 2 jars white wine
  • 3 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the onions and garlic and fry, then add the minced meat and fry. Once the liquid has evaporated, deglaze with the white wine and stir in the peas and mushrooms. Once the white wine has reduced slightly, stir in the cream cheese and add the herbs. This goes perfectly with baguette, but we also like it with mashed potatoes.
