Sliced meat with Spicy Mustard Sauce

- 500 g Pork strips
- 400 g Mushrooms
- 4 Red Onions
- Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- 200 ml Milk
- 100 ml Broth
- 75 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 tablespoon Mustard
- Parsley
- Wash off the meat, pat dry in a pan with hot oil until golden, season with salt and pepper and remove.
- Peel the onions and cut into rings, clean the mushrooms, cut in half and fry in the remaining roasting fat, season and remove.
- Mix the milk with the broth, add to the pan, bring to the boil and reduce a little, season with salt and pepper.
- Now stir in the creme fraiche and if you want to thicken a little, stir in the mustard and season well.
- Finally add the meat, mushrooms, onions and let warm up
- Stir chopped parsley into the shredded meat and serve with ribbon noodles or whatever you like.
