Sliced meat with Paprika
The perfect sliced meat with paprika recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Schnitzel meat (cut into strips)
- 2 Onions
- 2 Red Pointed peppers
- 125 g Cream
- 125 g Vegetable broth
- 2 Eßl Tomato paste
- 3 Teaspoon Food starch
- Salt, pepper, paprika, cumin, marjoram
- Peel the onions and cut into rings. Stalk, core, wash the pointed peppers and cut into strips.
- Fry the meat in a saucepan with a little oil. Add the onion rings and paprika strips and sauté them.
- Sprinkle the paprika on top and stir briefly. Add the cream with the vegetable stock, stir, cover and simmer over low heat for about 20 minutes.
- Now stir in the tomato paste and cornstarch and season with the spices.
- Rice, pasta or potatoes taste great with it. We had vegetable rice with it
