Minced Cheese Leek Soup
The perfect minced cheese leek soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Ground beef
- 3 Poles Spring onions (wash, cut into rings)
- 1 a cup Processed cheese
- 1 a cup Creme fraiche Cheese
- 2 Teaspoon Vegetable broth
- 600 ml Water
- Salt, pepper, nutmeg
- Fry the minced meat in a saucepan with a little oil.
- Add the spring onion rings to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper.
- Add the water and the stock, simmer slowly for about 5 minutes.
- Stir in the processed cheese until it is dissolved, then crème fraîche and season with the spices again. Bring to the boil briefly and serve.
