Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g pork strips, or minced half and half
  • 1 small can of peach(s), in pieces, 420 g per can
  • 75 g bacon, streaky
  • 1 can of tomatoes, pureed, 400 g each
  • 175 g cream cheese (Philadelphia)
  • 200 ml cream
  • some spice(s) (shashlik spice) or shashlik sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Brown the meat and bacon and place them in a casserole dish along with the peaches. Mix the cream, Philadelphia cheese, and shish kebab seasoning or sauce together and pour over the meat along with the canned tomatoes. Bake in the uncovered casserole dish in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes. This dish tastes great with spaetzle.
