  • 200 g powdered sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 egg white
  • 150 g margarine
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • some lemon zest
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 can of Russian caramel cream
  • 100 g desiccated coconut
  • n. B. food coloring

Working time approx. 50 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Beat the eggs and then add the margarine and powdered sugar. Slowly add the flour. Add the baking powder, vanilla sugar, and finally the cornstarch, and mix. Add food coloring if desired. Place small, round, even blobs on baking paper and bake at 180°C for about 10 minutes. The cookies should be light and airy. Let the cookies cool and spread half of them with the Russian caramel cream. Press the cookie halves together and roll them in the desiccated coconut.
