  • 250 g noodles (sliced ​​noodles / soup noodles)
  • 4 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 1 stalk(s) leek
  • 4 tbsp Maggi
  • 4 tbsp vinegar (herb vinegar)
  • 4 tbsp oil, neutral
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • possibly sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the noodles, drain, and rinse in cold water. Trim the leeks and slice them along with the ham. Mix with the noodles. Make a marinade with Maggi, herb vinegar, and oil. Season with salt and pepper. Sweeten with a little sugar, if desired.
