Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Turkey breast
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 150 ml Orange juice
  • 400 g Cream
  • 100 g Marzipan
  • 300 g Pre-Cooked chestnuts
  • Sal de Ibiza
  • Pepper
  • Fat for frying

Instructions
 

  • Rinse the turkey breast and cut into strips.
  • Heat the fat in a pan, fry the sliced ​​turkey all over, remove and set aside.
  • Let the sugar caramelize in the frying fat, deglaze with orange juice and stir everything well.
  • Stir in 4,300 g of cream and crumble in the marzipan. Stir until the marzipan has dissolved.
  • Puree the chestnuts with the rest of the cream and stir into the sauce.
  • Put the sliced ​​turkey in the sauce and heat everything together again. Season to taste with Sal de Ibiza and pepper.
