- 300 g Turkey schnitzel
- 50 g Black Forest ham
- 1 Fresh onion
- Sunflower oil
- Pepper and salt
- 150 g Whipped cream
- 3 teaspoon Honey liquid
- 2 teaspoon Bautzner mustard medium hot
- Wash the meat, dry it and cut it into strips. Cut the ham into small pieces. Peel the onion and cut into strips.
- Fry the meat in the hot oil. Add ham and onions one after the other and fry with them. Season with pepper and salt.
- Pour in the cream. Briefly bring to the boil. Stir in honey and mustard. Let simmer for five minutes on a low flame.
- Serve with the salad.
