Slim pasta salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (spirelli or penne)
  • 150 g sour cream
  • 2 tbsp mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp salad cream 9% fat
  • 1 tbsp Balsamic vinegar bianco
  • 1 can peas
  • 1 vegetable onion(s)
  • 1 slice(s) ham, cooked, 1 cm thick
  • chives
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • Paprika powder, sweet

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Lightly salt the water for the pasta and bring to a boil. Add the pasta and cook until al dente. Meanwhile, dice the onion and cooked ham. Sauté everything in a non-stick pan. In a salad bowl, combine the sour cream, mustard, tomato paste, salad dressing, and balsamic vinegar until smooth. Drain the peas and fold them into the sauce. Add the fried onions and cooked ham. Mix everything well. Chop the chives and add them. Season to taste. Fold in the pasta, and you’re done! We serve boiled sausages with it.
