Salmon fillet in a package from the oven

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g salmon fillet(s), with skin
  • 3 capers (caper apples)
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 2 slice(s) lemon(s), untreated
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 3 tbsp white wine
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the salmon fillet on a 30 x 30 cm sheet of baking paper. Halve the capers and arrange them on top of the salmon along with rosemary, lemon slices, and butter. Drizzle with white wine and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Tie the baking paper with kitchen string. Cook the salmon in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas mark 3, fan oven 180°C) for 15 minutes.
