Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g sloes, ripe (which have already been exposed to frost)
  • 150 g sugar (white rock candy)
  • 1 vanilla pod(s)
  • 1 bottle of schnapps (corn)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bottle and pour over the schnapps. Seal tightly and let it rest for about 6-8 weeks (shake occasionally to help dissolve the rock candy). After 6-8 weeks, the liqueur can be strained and poured into the proper bottles.
