Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized onion(s), red, white or yellow or 1 bunch of spring onions
  • Salt
  • 1 shot of pumpkin seed oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

The amount of onion depends on how much you want to eat. I use a small bowl (a cereal bowl). This is enough for about 2-3 people. Peel the onion and dice it or slice it into thin rings, as desired. Mix it with a pinch of salt and a dash of pumpkin seed oil and let it sit for a few minutes. This version is perfect for a snack.
