Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg carrot(s)
- 1 large onion(s)
- 100 ml oil, hot
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- Vinegar
- salt and pepper
- coriander
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Grate the carrots and drizzle with a little vinegar. Finely chop the onion and drizzle with the hot oil. Crush the garlic cloves and stir into the oil and onion mixture. Pour everything over the carrots, season with salt, pepper, and coriander, and let it stand for a while before serving.
