crumbly Christmas cookies, makes about 50 cookies

Mix the almonds with the baking powder, flour, and sugar. Add the egg, butter flakes, and grated chocolate and knead into a smooth dough. Cover the dough with foil and chill for about 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the dough on a piece of baking paper to a thickness of about 5mm and bake for about 12 minutes. Immediately after baking, cut the warm cookies into 3x3cm cubes and let them cool completely. Melt the chocolate coating and dip the cookies diagonally into the chocolate coating, sprinkle with praline, and let them dry thoroughly. This recipe is for about 50 cookies.
