Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 750 g potatoes
- 75 g butter, melted
- 1 tbsp, heaped herbs de Provence
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour
Peel the potatoes and slice them thinly, ideally using a cucumber slicer. Rinse the potato slices with cold water, drain well, and toss them in a bowl with the herbs, half of the butter, and salt. Transfer the potatoes to a muffin tin. Press everything together well and then drizzle with the remaining butter. Place in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 40 minutes.
