Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 m.-sized apples
  • 150 g yogurt
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 6 tbsp, heaped oat flakes, wholegrain
  • e.g. grated hazelnuts, raisins or cinnamon

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Delicious breakfast

Wash and dry the apples, quarter them, core them, and cut them into small pieces. Mix the apple pieces with the yogurt and honey. Stir in the oat flakes. Stir in hazelnuts, raisins, and/or cinnamon, if desired.
