Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 125 g flour
- 2 small eggs
- 100 g butter
- 60 g sugar
- 100 g hazelnuts, ground
- 70 g chocolate shavings
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- some milk
- ½ jar morello cherries
- some powdered sugar or 70 g chocolate coating
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
for a 20 cm springform pan
Combine all ingredients, except the cherries, into a batter. Fold in the drained cherries at the end or spread between two layers of batter. Pour into a greased springform pan and bake at 175°C for 40-45 minutes (test with a toothpick). Once cooled, remove from the pan and decorate with powdered sugar or drizzle with melted chocolate coating.
