Small chocolate bombs

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g dark chocolate
  • 125 g butter
  • 250 g sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 160 g flour
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Line muffin tins with small paper baking cups or butter them and preheat the oven to 175°C (150°C fan-assisted). Melt the chocolate and butter together and let cool briefly. Beat the sugar with the eggs and salt until fluffy. Then add the melted butter-chocolate mixture and stir in. Finally, stir in the flour and baking powder. Spoon the batter into the muffin tins and bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes. The batter will still be slightly runny after this time, but don’t be alarmed; it will become firm and fluffy as desired after cooling.
