Small chocolate pizza

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 10 g sugar
  • 1 tsp cocoa
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 60 ml milk
  • 1 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp, heaped Nutella
  • 50 g milk chocolate
  • n. B. Sugar sprinkles, colorful

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

with baking powder

Mix the first four ingredients together. Add the oil and milk and knead the ingredients into a dough using a dough hook. Place the dough on a baking sheet with floured hands if necessary and roll it out into a small, round pizza. Spread Nutella on the pizza. Then bake the pizza in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10-12 minutes. Immediately sprinkle the crumbled chocolate and colorful sprinkles on the pizza while it’s still hot.
