Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g powdered sugar
  • 280 g flour
  • 225 g butter
  • 3 tbsp milk
  • 2 packs of pudding powder (vanilla pudding powder)
  • Flour, for work surface
  • possibly chocolate (chocolate drops)

Instructions

Working time approx. 45 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

the perfect little treat for coffee/cappuccino or latte macchiato

First, combine the flour, powdered sugar, and pudding powder in a bowl, mix, and sift. Then, melt the butter and add it along with the milk to the bowl containing the flour, powdered sugar, and pudding powder. Knead thoroughly. Dust the work surface with flour. Roll out the dough and cut out shapes. Place the cut-out dough on a baking sheet (if you like, you can also press a few chocolate chips onto the cookies) and place it in the preheated oven. Bake at 200°C (fan oven) for 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the cookies.
