Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 ml water
  • 250 g sugar
  • 5 tea bags (Earl Grey)

Instructions

Working time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 17 minutes

can also be made with other types of tea

Dissolve the sugar in the water and slowly bring to a boil. Once the water boils, add the tea bags for about 10 minutes and then fish them out again. While still hot, pour into small bottles and seal. This syrup is great for creative cocktails, such as the “Cup of Good Hope” and many more…just try it out.
