Small Dishes: Grandpa`s Currywurst Hearty

  • 2 piece Beef sausage
  • 1 Teaspoon (level) Curry – Madras _
  • 1 Cup Tomato ketchup
  • 1 piece Fresh onion
  1. Heat the beef sausages in salted water, you can also replace the salt with vegetable stock powder.
  2. Cut into pieces, briefly fry vigorously.
  3. Heat the ketchup slightly, spread it over the sausage and sprinkle with the curry powder.
  4. Cut the onion into rings, halve and spread over the sausage.
