Ingredients

  • 200 g Fresh leek
  • Salt
  • 150 g Chicken - Kassler cooked
  • Fat for frying
  • 70 g Butter
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 125 g Flour
  • 100 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • Grated cheese

Instructions

  • Clean the leek, cut the light green into rings and cut the rest into small pieces. Wash thoroughly and cook in salted boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain. Cut the Kassler into cubes and fry a little.
  • Knead the butter with the egg yolk, salt and flour to form a smooth dough. Wrap in cling film and put in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  • Grease a small springform pan (approx. 20 cm in diameter). Roll out the dough on a little flour and place it in the mold as a base, pressing the edges down a little. Prick the bottom several times with a fork.
  • Mix the milk with the eggs. Season with pepper, salt and nutmeg. Mix the leek with the Kassler cubes and distribute evenly on the base. Pour the egg milk over it. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 30 to 35 minutes.
