Ingredients
 

Topping 1

  • 500 g Mixed minced meat
  • 3 stalks Clean, wash + chop the leek
  • 2 Grated carrots
  • 2 Peel the onions + dice
  • Some plant cream, salt, pepper

Quark-oil dough

  • 400 g Flour
  • 200 g Quark
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 packet Baking powder
  • 8 tbsp Olive oil
  • 6 tbsp Milk
  • 0,5 tsp Salt

Topping 2

  • 350 g Mashed potatoes - from my cookbook - the rest of the day before
  • 8 Eggs
  • 100 ml Milk
  • Grated salt, pepper, nutmeg
  • 200 g Dice the sheep's cheese
  • 200 g Gouda fluted
  • Grease for the tin

Instructions
 

  • Heat the fat in a pan, fry all the ingredients from "Topping 1", season with salt and pepper, remove from the stove and allow to cool.
  • In the meantime, put all the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl and knead well. Grease a baking sheet and distribute the dough evenly on it - press up a little on the edge.
  • Mix the mashed potatoes, eggs, milk and spices in a mixing bowl and then fold in both types of cheese.
  • Finally, fold the contents of the pan under the egg mixture, distribute it on the dough on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven (fan oven 160 ° C) for approx. 50 minutes.
