Ingredients
Topping 1
- 500 g Mixed minced meat
- 3 stalks Clean, wash + chop the leek
- 2 Grated carrots
- 2 Peel the onions + dice
- Some plant cream, salt, pepper
Quark-oil dough
- 400 g Flour
- 200 g Quark
- 1 Egg
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 8 tbsp Olive oil
- 6 tbsp Milk
- 0,5 tsp Salt
Topping 2
- 350 g Mashed potatoes - from my cookbook - the rest of the day before
- 8 Eggs
- 100 ml Milk
- Grated salt, pepper, nutmeg
- 200 g Dice the sheep's cheese
- 200 g Gouda fluted
- Grease for the tin
Instructions
- Heat the fat in a pan, fry all the ingredients from "Topping 1", season with salt and pepper, remove from the stove and allow to cool.
- In the meantime, put all the ingredients for the dough in a mixing bowl and knead well. Grease a baking sheet and distribute the dough evenly on it - press up a little on the edge.
- Mix the mashed potatoes, eggs, milk and spices in a mixing bowl and then fold in both types of cheese.
- Finally, fold the contents of the pan under the egg mixture, distribute it on the dough on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven (fan oven 160 ° C) for approx. 50 minutes.
